
Lady Gaga did much more than sing at the Super Bowl halftime show last night—she nonchalantly jumped through the roof, had a mini aerial sequence, did about five different dance numbers and basically ran around the field.
How did she prep for that?
"I work out a lot," the singer explained on Good Morning America days before the show. "I also do VersaClimbing while I sing, and I sing while I do it. Because the show is full on cardio, [like] my performances most of the time. So, it's cardio while singing." As if working out wasn't hard enough, Gaga preps her pipes while doing it, too.
"It's a different kind of shape, it's a different game," she added. In the weeks leading up to the Super Bowl, she had dropped hints about her workout routine.
